Alaskan Malamutes Sales Contract. This document is a legal and binding
contract between Tim Fox hereby referred to as Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes

Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes hereby sells the Alaskan malamute described as follows:

Seller(s) are not responsible for any expenses pertaining to the above named puppy, including
shipping costs or veterinarian costs. We require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of Four Hundred Dollars.  This Alaskan malamute is sold as a family companion on a limited registration. This puppy must be spayed or neutered by the buyer's veterinarian with written proof from their veterinarian given to the seller within nine months from the date of purchase. If this puppy has not been spayed or neutered, with proof presented to Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes by nine months of age there will be an additional charge of $1500.00 due to Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes.

Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes is selling said puppy for the agreed price of $___________ to be paid for in full by when pup turns 6 weeks old.  All money orders must be made
payable to Tim Fox or they will be sent back to you. We do not take personal checks for any
reason.  Payment through PayPal can be arranged if necessary as well, and cash is always accepted.

Payments or deposits from the buyer(s) are non-refundable once they have been received by  
Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes.  Seller(s) will not give a refund of cash value to the Buyer(s) for
any Reason unless we choose not to sell you a puppy. At any time Kentucky Alaskan
Malamutes  has the right to withdraw at any time before shipment or pickup of puppy. And Kentucky Alaskan malamutes will give the full refund if we choose not to sell a puppy to you no matter what or why and without explanation.  This Alaskan malamute is sold in AS IS
condition, with no warranties, either expressed or implied, and no guarantee.  
Buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes  in
any case filed by the buyer that is ruled in the favor of Kentucky Alaskan Malamutes.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND AGREE TO KENTUCKY ALASKAN MALAMUTES SALES CONTRACT.
